Assist in the day to day running of the UK support services team for a multinational law firm. \
Includes coordinating requests and queries such as meeting room bookings, support planning and workplace services.
Your role would include delivering world class services to internal and external clients via the UK helpdesk as well as supporting the wider workplace team with admin and secretarial tasks.
Ideally this candidate will have experience using a switchboard.
Hours of Work:
Flexibility required between core hours 8:00-18:00 and overtime cover between 7:00-21:00
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working within Client Services Assistant roles
Experience of using a room booking system, preferably Condeco and a switchboard console, preferably Cisco
IT skills including all MS Office packages
Interpersonal and communicative skills both written and spoken
Strong and respectful, client focused, telephone manner
