The post is for 18.75hrs per week part time.
You will receive regular supervision; have access to a wide range of development opportunities to support their continued professional development. There are also monthly peer support groups and regular appraisals. There is opportunity for you to gain a wide perspective in a range of clerical areas and new ways of working e.g. growing community Healthcare Delivery

The post holders should have a good level of general education, literacy and numeracy skills including word processing and Excel. They should be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, General office experience, Experience of first line of telephone contact, Use of computers for record keeping, Experience of maintaining filing systems and Experience of working as part of a team.
Having receptionist/customer services experience with sound clerical knowledge and proven experience in acute and community hospital environments are essential. You will need to be adaptable to operate in a fast moving environment and have the clerical skills and ability to function in a larger team.
