Job Description
  • Dealing with customer enquiries both by phone and face to face
  • Booking appointments and updating and maintaining patient records
  • Inputting patient information and maintaining records on company intranet IT database
  • Opening and distributing post and general filing
  • Liaising with various external health related agencies
  • Scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Liaising with the clinical staff for different tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent use of spelling and grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of IT packages including Word & Excel
  • Good telecommunication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good time keeping skills
