Job Description

The ideal Service Receptionist will come from an Automotive Reception background however the client is open minded to also accept applications from Receptionists in other industries or people from a strong customer service background such as retail.
You will need to be IT literate, hold strong customer service skills, have a good and friendly telephone manner and be able to problem solve. An experience in sales will also be advantageous.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers in a professional and friendly manner, operating the busy switchboard, assisting the Sales teams as required and undertaking general administration duties.
