The Foundation was set up to bring together all our social and economic programmes in one place. We continue to develop and fund social interventions that improve people's lives and create opportunities in our communities.

You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with outstanding communication skills. You will be passionate about delivering an excellent service and use initiative to drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in raising awareness about Foundation activities, communicating achievements internally and outside of company.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, meeting deadlines and collaborating with lots of different departments across the Group.

The Foundation administrator will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, arrange and manage meetings, manage diaries, support the organization of events delivered by the department, and ensure that our record keeping is kept up to date.

There will be opportunities to gain experience in a range of other areas and shape the role. You will provide support to enable the monitoring and evaluation of Foundation activities, so an interest or awareness of social research principles would also be a strength.

  • The ability to work flexibly and use initiative in order to multitask and meet deadlines

  • Outstanding communication skills and an ability to explain ideas in simple terms
  • Competency across the MS Office suite: SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
