Job Description
  • Meeting/Greeting visitors upon arrival to the office
  • Answering company phone & intercom promptly – Taking/passing on messages efficiently
  • Teas/coffees/organizing meeting rooms prior to when large meetings with Directors etc are due to happen
  • Processing of overhead. invoices and raising Purchase Orders via accounts system
  • New Supplier Coda set up for St James Overheads
  • Gift Registers – Email staff monthly/Update spreadsheet monthly for Codrina
  • Printing/Binding/Laminating for all staff if/when required
  • Keeping on top of the cleanliness of both kitchen/recycling points/meeting rooms etc Ad-hoc reception duties
  • Ink for printers – Submit Readings/Order (in advance to avoid being without)
  • Meter Readings
  • Office Ordering – stationary, including paper/branded paper, fruit/breakfast items,
  • Assist Office Manager as and when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Reception/front of house experience (minimum 1.5 years)
  • Desirable experience with office coordinator – type duties
  • Good skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS programs.
  • Professional, polite, ‘happy to help/can do’ attitude
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong willingness to assist where possible
  • Excellent communication skills with other team members
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner
  • Approachable
  • Using own initiative
