WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Responsible for in sourcing of the finance function from external accountants
• Improve the control environment by ensuring compliance and improvement of process
• Provision of monthly management accounts for the business
• Assist with annual audit and tax process
• Drive automation of management information
• Business Partner with the local MD as required.  Eg. Currently working on a business case for a new product
• Develop reforecasting and budgeting process
• Assess and drive improvement of SAP, including lead the migration of other group entities to provide a single platform for reporting
• Stand in for CFO as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified accountant
• Excellent excel skills
• Analytical
• Experience of SAP would be beneficial but not necessary
• Strong people manager
• Professional but able to deal with a small company culture
• Self starter and highly motivated
• Keen to develop and take on responsibility
• Happy to travel (UK only) when required
• Lead and develop a junior team 
• Happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in to fixing issues and making improvements
• Sense of humour always helps!
