Job Description
  • Assist the Programme Manager and Project Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
  • Support the set up and operation of governance process and recording and follow up of actions and decisions
  • Maintain the programme document repository and help ensure that all required records are kept secured and appropriately filed
  • Coordinate and support the production of programme reports and dashboards, programme related events, reviews and workshops etc.
  • Set up and maintain systems for recording programme/project costs, and working with the Officer, process claims accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that company is paid on time
  • Ensure that risk and issue logs and change control records are maintained and support Programme Team members in the effective management of these

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in a PMO, accounting or similar function where attention to detail, organization, monitoring/tracking, following processes etc. is essential
  • Experience of managing document configuration and repository and reporting of progress against plans and budgets
  • Knowledge of software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project or Smart sheets is essential
  • Experience in internal and external management of partners and stakeholder relationships. Collaborative working style, able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self-confident, professional and adaptable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with ambiguity and changing and evolving priorities
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask along with good analytical and reasoning skills
