Assist the Programme Manager and Project Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
Support the set up and operation of governance process and recording and follow up of actions and decisions
Maintain the programme document repository and help ensure that all required records are kept secured and appropriately filed
Coordinate and support the production of programme reports and dashboards, programme related events, reviews and workshops etc.
Set up and maintain systems for recording programme/project costs, and working with the Officer, process claims accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that company is paid on time
Ensure that risk and issue logs and change control records are maintained and support Programme Team members in the effective management of these
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience working in a PMO, accounting or similar function where attention to detail, organization, monitoring/tracking, following processes etc. is essential
Experience of managing document configuration and repository and reporting of progress against plans and budgets
Knowledge of software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project or Smart sheets is essential
Experience in internal and external management of partners and stakeholder relationships. Collaborative working style, able to work well independently and in a team environment
Enthusiastic, proactive, self-confident, professional and adaptable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes with ambiguity and changing and evolving priorities
Excellent communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask along with good analytical and reasoning skills
