We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic and ambitious personal assistant and administrator to provide high-quality and efficient dedicated support to the Director of the Decolonizing Arts Institute. This varied and fast-paced role will include diary management, arranging meetings and minute-taking, dealing with correspondence, responsibility for report writing and high quality administrative support.
You will work closely with Institute research fellows, associates and project staff as well as across the wider UAL networks, Institute Management and Advisory Boards members, and external stakeholders and partners.
We are looking for a dedicated, driven individual who is looking to use their strong organizational skills and experience including: time management; creative thinking, problem solving and multitasking to support the Institute Director and the Decolonizing Arts Institute.
You will have excellent attention to detail and IT skills as well as experience of diary and relationship management, minute taking and report writing. You will have excellent communications skills, be familiar with working with diverse groups of stakeholders, be committed to inclusive and accessible ways of working, and both confident and experienced as the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries.
Key skills include relationship building, project management ability, solutions-orientated approach and competent system skills, including the Microsoft Office suite in particular PowerPoint and Teams.
