Job Description
You will provide crucial support to the functioning of our Customer Operations team including the processing of enquiries key to meeting our obligations surrounding compliance, financial reconciliation and customer renewals.
Responsibilities:
- You will build a knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- You will input customer information and data provided into an in-house system
- You will provide crucial support to the functioning of our Customer Operations team including the processing of enquiries key to meeting our obligations surrounding compliance, financial reconciliation and customer renewals.
- Work with the Head of Customer Operations and the wider team to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Manage special projects as assigned
- Perform other duties as require
