Job Description

The role is responsible for helping ensure business events are not adversely impacted by Bank wide works e.g. IT system & policy changes as well as Property works. The role holder helps plan and co-ordinate the implementation of software roll outs, ensuring at all times that critical business cycles are not disturbed. The role is to understand new Bank Wide Technology initiatives and provide communication with the business that is both appropriate and effective. The role holder should have excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

The role is split into three main areas of responsibility:

  • Technology approvals and escalations 
  • Technology, property and change management support and
  • Admin support for Technology, Risk and Change within the MP COO

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent MS Office e.g. outlook, excel, word etc., and enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Ability to priorities and work to timelines
  • Ability to communicate clearly to staff at all levels and convey the required information
  • Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others and provide challenge where appropriate.
