Job Description
  • Ensuring all guests' journeys through the hotel are hassle-free, pleasant and memorable.
  • Developing a proactive, guest centric and focused team.
  • Achieving the best possible KPIs and financial results for your department.
  • Gains guest loyalty via developing good relationships.
  • Regularly checks the quality of the service provision available.
  • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
  • Handles guest complaints and provides a rapid solution.
  • Organizes VIP welcome when necessary.
  • Carries out recruitment of team.
  • Trains & coaches team on procedures and standards.
  • Ensures the brand and/or Group's loyalty programme is promoted to guests.
  • Ensure that staff has good knowledge of rates, segments and hotel promotions.
  • Ensures the application of hygiene, safety and environment regulations
  • Applies and ensures application of the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc.),
  • Is responsible for the security of people and property in the area under his/her remit.
