We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized person to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Pan Communications team.
You will have a proven ability to juggle multiple administrative tasks while paying attention to detail and remaining accurate. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be confident in building relationships both inside and outside the team You will be competent with Google and will have basic Excel skills (part of this role involves helping to manage the budget. You will also be willing to learn new skills and software. The role will report to the Communications Director, Pan and sits within the Pan Macmillan Communications team.
