Job Description

We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated Recruitment team based in our Central London office. This is a temporary position where you will support the existing team on a wide range of administrative duties. There is a possibility of the position becoming permanent in the future.
Main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards
  • Reviewing CVs and conducting phone screens to determine candidate suitability
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new hires to the company
  • Provide admin support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system with relevant information
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages and sites

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recent, relevant work experience in a similar type of environment
  • Computer literacy
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communications skills
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Familiar CV databases and online recruitment tools
  • Ability to work under own initiative
