Job Description
We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated Recruitment team based in our Central London office. This is a temporary position where you will support the existing team on a wide range of administrative duties. There is a possibility of the position becoming permanent in the future.
Main responsibilities include:
- Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards
- Reviewing CVs and conducting phone screens to determine candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews with the hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Assist with the on-boarding of new hires to the company
- Provide admin support to the Head of Talent Acquisition
- Organize, compile and update company personal records and documentation
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system with relevant information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages and sites
