Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to work for a major UK airline on a 6 month Fixed-Term contract. You will provide administrative recruitment support to the onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all candidate applications, interviews and general recruitment documents.
  • Be the first point of contact for all recruitment queries.
  • Managing all candidate compliance and right to work documents.
  • Keep applicants up to date via phone/email on their recruitment progress.
  • Obtaining successful candidate references.
  • Assist with and organize interview set-up and preparation with hiring managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to gain stale employment for the next 6 months within a major airline company, with a real opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work within a face-paced and high energy environment.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software's.
