You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a responsive, efficient, agile, high quality and customer focused Lettings and Rehousing service. Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets, you will provide strong administrative support and respond to enquiries from residents at first point of contact.
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills and an ability to communicate at all levels. You will be resourceful and supportive when dealing with resident requests, have a drive to do the right thing and a willingness to work hard, get things done and learn fast.
