Job Description

We are looking for someone to assist with the administration and business development of the Markets and Street Trading team.

You will be responsible for collecting and managing data relating to allocations, trader renewals and other licenses. You will provide financial and other information to ensure that monthly reports are prepared to a high standard and that debt is managed.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy. Ideally you will have experience dealing with finance management and using finance systems such as SAP or similar.

You may have knowledge of project management skills or can demonstrate that you are exceptionally organized, you will be able to produce a variety of reports to a standard adequate for Court proceedings.

You will have experience in using IT software including Microsoft word, Excel and Power point. You will be able to communicate to a varying audience both verbally and in writing.

You are the first point of contact for the department dealing with all queries swiftly and concisely, you will be able to deal with conflict under difficult circumstances.
