Job Description
This is a customer facing role and will be the first point of contact for clients both in person and telephone and will require a high level of professionalism.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a helpful and efficient reception desk
- Meeting and greeting clients / visitors.
- Set up of conference calls and video conferencing using all available remote meeting platforms (MS Teams / Zoom etc.)
- To sign for and distribute briefs to Clerks
- Organization of daily conference facilities & supplies
- Planning of daily conferences rooms through system
- Organizing any conference catering / refreshments requirements and the housekeeper's daily duties
- Liaison with maintenance & cleaning companies / callouts
- Ad-hoc clerical duties
