Job Description
The Administrator is responsible for working as part of a busy and high-profile area and the purpose of the roll, in summary, is:
- To ensure the teams in S&I run smoothly from an administrative and logistical perspective
- To manage the S&I management team’s diaries as when required
- To monitor several external inboxes
- To act as secretariat for some internal committees – taking minutes and noting actions; managing agendas; distributing and filing papers and dealing with forward agendas
- To support divisional communication (e.g., maintaining local intranet pages)
