Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run business based in Sevenoaks with opportunities to progress! This is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

What you will be doing?

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Booking services and surveys
  • Taking enquiries and payments
  • Producing and processing estimates
  • Process Job Reports.

What will you get?

  • Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 (Dependent on Experience)
  • Holiday – 20 Days Holiday + Closed at Christmas
  • Hours – 9AM-5:30PM
  • Parking - Onsite Parking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
  • This role is fully office based.
