Job Description
We are now looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team to present a professional response to telephone callers and visitors and to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day business of the office and to provide administrative assistance where needed.
Key accountabilities
- Meet and greet visitors and visiting staff in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer the telephone promptly and take accurate messages
- Manage bookings for all meeting rooms and hot desks
- Arrange refreshments for meetings and visitors as and when required
- Occasional booking of accommodation, travel tickets and meeting lunches
- Distribution of incoming mail and franking and dispatch of outgoing mail
- Maintaining stationery stock and site consumables
- Ad hoc admin support e.g. scanning/photocopying etc.
