Job Description

We are now looking for a receptionist to join our team to present a professional response to telephone callers and visitors and to ensure a smooth running of the day-to-day business of the office and to provide administrative assistance where needed.

Key accountabilities

  • Meet and greet visitors and visiting staff in a welcoming and professional manner
  • Answer the telephone promptly and take accurate messages
  • Manage bookings for all meeting rooms and hot desks
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings and visitors as and when required
  • Occasional booking of accommodation, travel tickets and meeting lunches
  • Distribution of incoming mail and franking and dispatch of outgoing mail
  • Maintaining stationery stock and site consumables
  • Ad hoc admin support e.g. scanning/photocopying etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good use of Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft programmes if required
