Working week
- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm Total hours - 37.5

Expected duration
What will the apprentice be doing?
- Working in the reception area, meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering the telephone
- Learn, understand, and strictly comply with the rules and principles of confidentiality in relation to all forms of data held by the company
- Assist with administrative tasks within the company
Continuously and consistently achieve excellent client service. Internal clients being work colleagues and external being those that pay for our services or supply goods and services
- Assisting with the managing and administration of in-house computer systems and all IT
- Communicating over the telephone with clients, colleagues, and suppliers of goods and support services
- Receiving and attending to E-mails
- Postal and Stationery Duties
- Scanning and filing electronically (documents)
- Meeting and greeting visitors and making them welcome
