Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for customers entering or contacting the business, working to meet set targets and deadlines.
The successful candidate will:
- Carry out general Bodyshop reception duties,
- Ensure all telephone enquiries and bookings are answered in a courteous, helpful and professional manner,
- Produce estimates for work to be carried out and invoices for work completed.
- Builds rapport and qualifies the customers requirements
- Agrees the details of the work that is to be carried out
- Coordinates body shop activity to deliver agreed work
- Updates the customer on progress and checks customer satisfaction on completion
- Most importantly you will need to ensure that all our customers receive the best possible experience and ensure that we win the work
The role is office based but some flexible working is available to suit personal circumstances. The role is also flexible on part or full time to suit personal circumstances.
