Job Description

An excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturing business in this newly created Group Quality Manager role, based in Gloucester with national coverage. Working as part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and improving the quality management system and helping to set strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the ongoing development of the quality management function, embedding a quality focused culture across UK business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the manufacturing and engineering industry, with the ability to utilise effective quality management and leadership as a business improvement tool. You will work closely with colleagues, customers, regulators, and certification bodies, so excellent communication, engagement and presentation skills are essential. To be considered for this role, you must hold:

• Engineering / Quality related degree or diploma
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001
• CQI Membership
