Job Description
You will be responsible for the following;
- The set-up of new starters and organizing inductions
- Monitoring workforce hours and submissions of time sheets
- Assisting in organizing meetings including finding and booking venues, arranging facilities and block hotel booking, liaising with contractors and answering phones.
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Senior Staff members onsite
- Ensuring the maintenance team have the correct parts at all times (ordering parts from suppliers if need be)
- Checking in and arranging any external contractors on site
- Completing any admin work required
- Filling out the maintenance breakdown report as instructed by the engineering teams, to send to head office.
Benefits
- Monday-Friday, 07;00-16;30 hours.
- Salary of £26,000-£30,000 (Pro Rata)
- Contract duration of 8 weeks and then potentially extended to January.
