Job Description

We have three opportunities, two existing and one as part of expansion in the team, to support the England transport team with the successful delivery of zero carbon programmes. These roles will support our team of programme managers to ensure seamless administration and coordination is provided to these roles and ensures that we can provide great programme management for our government and commercial funded programmes.

What you’ll do?

Provide efficient administration for all elements of the programme lifecycle, including but not limited to:

  • Working on our finance systems to create new suppliers, raise and track purchase orders, processing and raising invoices.
  • Compilation of monthly programme progress reports.
  • Assisting with programme delivery such as organizing webinars, facilitating workshops, reviewing bids or audits.
  • Updating and maintaining programme spreadsheets and databases.

These are permanent positions. We are open to flexible working patterns and blended (home and office-based) and fully home-based working is possible for these roles.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Well-developed administration skills, including IT skills and use of MS Office.
  • Great numeracy skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Experience of or ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to priorities activity.
