Job Description

Applicant will be organized, friendly and professional and able to communicate well with clients and students alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking calls and making appointments on e-Clinic
  • Taking payments and consolidating takings for the day
  • Meet and greet of clients and students
  • Providing answers and feedback on all emails and social media messaging platforms
  • Ensuring client consultation forms are stored correctly, in line with GDPR regulations
  • Assisting the Manager as required
  • Ensuring the reception and waiting area are clean and stocked appropriately

Contract position – 3 months’ probation period (successful candidate will be offered to stay on)

40hrs per week – includes weekend work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous reception experience
  • Polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of the e-Clinic system is favorable but not essential as training will be provided
