Job Description

We are working with a leading provider of Training programmes, you will be a key member of a tight-knit team with a great can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of a very stable, well established team, who are looking for a tenacious, self-starter with an excellent attention to detail to join their ranks.
If you have a strong history with providing excellent customer service, confident in your administrative capabilities and looking to feel part of small but developing organization then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
HOURS: 09.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (2/3 days in the office)
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Managing client enrolments
  • Dealing with enquiries and converting them into sales
  • Booking candidate enrolments onto exams & supporting the process to completion
  • Updating the CRM for courses due dates, exam results and staff changes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Very high level of attention to detail
  • Proven experience in working with online information management systems
  • High level of proficiency in researching contact information
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as being a self-starter
  • Tenaciousness in tracking down clients and/or information
  • Geographical awareness of the various parts of the UK and the island of Ireland
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
