Job Description
This is an immediate start and the project will run for 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Taking note of updates and inputting on to database (can be high volume)
- Fast and accurate recording of information (alpha and numeric keying)
- Close attention to detail and ensuring all data is clean and correct before input
- Liaising with technicians and engineers to gather information
- Diary management
- Scheduling work for site staff
- Upload, monitor and track job files
- Liaise with field engineers
- Obtain accurate client job specifications
- Ensure client deadlines are met
- Act as interface between Field based staff, Client and Directors
This is a great opportunity to work in a team environment which will be busy and fast paced. Candidates should be available for a minimum of 8 weeks and be able to start immediately. Hours of work at Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience of working within a similar role Customer service and call handling experience in a facilities/communications arena Proficient in all Microsoft office packages especially Excel (advanced user) Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a positive attitude
