- Check weekly that allocated examinations have been reported
- Check vetting has been completed for all pools
- Ensure Radiological examinations are in the correct reporting pool
- Keep reporting backlog down to 2 weeks where possible
- To perform reception duties as and when required
- Deal with enquiries regarding allocated examinations
- To escalate the urgency of reporting when required
- Deal with enquires of a sensitive nature
- Attend Departmental meetings as and when required
- To communication effectively and empathetically with patients and relatives
- Access Patient Administration System when required to accurately record and collect patient data, ensuring errors are clearly identified and corrected including patient demographics
