Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a five-star, professional service is delivered to all guests making reservations or visiting the site.
- Ensure all bookings are processed through the correct procedures and systems available
- To ensure all administration relating to arriving clients is carried out accurately and in a timely manner
- To ensure building policies regarding granting access are followed at all times
- To answer switchboard calls as per company guidelines
- To report any building faults or other problems via the premises helpdesk in a timely manner
- To ensure effective communication with the client and throughout all departments to ensure all booking requirements are met.
- To ensure documentation and administration procedures are carried out accurately and are available to the manager at all times
- Ensure that all rooms are laid out in accordance with the user’s requirements
- Monitor all items of videoconference and audio-visual equipment to ensure a good state of repair.
- Provide first line AV support for clients who request assistance.
- Undertake regular checks to ensure that all meeting / dining rooms are clean and presented to the Company's standards and the Client's satisfaction.
- Adhere to the company security procedures and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- To carry out any reasonable request made by the management, outside normal duties, but within the scope of the job.
