You will be part of an office-based integrated technical support team who respond to a large volume of enquiries from members of the public, internal and external contractors and organizations, and support a team in carrying out regulatory & statutory functions as well as other duties such as casework, licensing & performance statistics.
You will need to have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a busy office environment and possess excellent verbal, written communication skills, minimum 50 wpm, proficient in Microsoft Office particularly word, outlook and excel and also have experience with databases to carry out high volume, accurate and efficient data entry.
