In this role you will be part of a team that assists in the day to day running of a busy service. This will comprise of various tasks including but not exclusively; reception duties, answering phones, booking appointments and general office based administration work.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff and members and the public at all levels. You will also need to be able to prioritize your work in a demanding, changing environment.
You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service working on a rotational basis.
Knowledge and experience of patient administration or appointment booking systems, IPM and ICE is essential, along with operational knowledge of the e-Referral Service.
