Job Description
The role:
- To provide an administrative role to the Employee Relations team to support all ER case load including, Attendance Management, Conduct, Grievance and Capability processes.
- work alongside the HR Advisors and with service delivery managers, to include senior managers in the co-ordination of diaries for scheduling meetings.
- attend formal meetings in person to take an accurate written note of the meeting and type up after the meeting.
- assist in the preparation of paperwork in advance of meetings and make this available to panel members.
- Arranging room bookings and making arrangements for dial in meetings to take place.
- support the HR Advisors in written acknowledgement and logging of grievances.
- support HR Advisor with case management.
- facilitate the co-ordination, planning and other administrative tasks required to progress cases.

- Delivery of training sessions
- Experience of providing advice on Policy and process in relation to attendance management and other ER cases to managers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
HR Qualification or relevant experience of working within a HR environment. previous experience of supporting HR Administrative processes evidence of extensive admin background excellent communication (verbal and written), organisational, co-ordination & planning skills experience of co-ordinating ER Case load (attendance management, conduct, capability, grievances) diary management to co-ordinate panel meetings flexible in working approach Ability to build strong working relationships Show initiative in planning and co-ordination and work well as part of a team accurate note taking multi-tasking as supporting the administrative processes for various case and work load HR database experience
