Job Description
To carry out administrative and other support duties in the department.
- General administration – stationery stock keeping, co-ordination of on-call service and helpline Rota
- Finance administration – ordering equipment, obtaining supplier quotations, invoice processing
- Service operations support – answering helpdesk phone calls, basic troubleshooting of problems, ensuring tickets responded to within SLAs
- IS programme and service support – logging and tracking service desk requests, perform updates of pages of the intranet
- Departmental safety coordinator
- Other duties as directed by line manager or Head
