Job Description
Be the first point of contact for all training, induction and onboarding enquiries
Send out invites for training, book meeting rooms and organize trainers
Update staff training records and upload all related information on to our system
Assist with general administration such as printing, scanning, organizing meetings etc.
Deal with any administration for onboarding such as dealing with new starter forms, updating staff database, sending IT requests and security vetting administration
Assist in the development of a training matrix
Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders such as department leads, Learning and Development teams and the Health and safety teams
Develop an understanding of the construction industry and training requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient in the use of IT, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook.
Experience in a training department and/or the construction industry (ideal)
