Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer service to all our guests and in this role you would be the central point of contact. You will also be required to provide support to both guests and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation, reporting directly to the General Manager.
There will be occasions where you will be working in sole capacity so must have the ability to work off you own initiative.
