You will support and assist the Workspace Services Team in all general reception and administration duties, including reporting and data analysis, as required and other tasks as assigned by line managers, which will include working in line with agreed rota.
Interaction with staff, clients, suppliers and visitors including reception and visitor management with a focus on the improving building user experience. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, postal functions, copying, scanning, laminating and filing. Order and maintain stock in relation to the workspace service provision. Process work orders through central helpdesk system. Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes / actions. Meet & greet visitors including organizing appropriate hospitality. Provide support to the Workspace Services Team in maintaining supplier matrices and the associated documentation. Provide support to the Workspace Services Team in maintaining training matrices. To take reasonable care for the health & safety of yourself and of other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
