Job Description
  • General admin duties providing all round support and assistance
  • Responsible for meeting and greeting all staff and visitors to the office including:
  • Diary management for expected visitors
  • Diary management of meeting room bookings
  • Processing visitor passes in line with policy and security protocols
  • Administering access passes in line with the starter, mover, leaver processes & security protocols
  • Monitoring facilities in box
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Assisting with facilities tasks as and when required
  • Assisting with refreshments & catering requests including liaising directly with suppliers and meeting hosts
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Organizing couriers
  • General admin duties providing all round support and assistance
  • First Aider
  • Fire Marshal

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for this role, you will be/have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist/ customer facing role
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive and uses initiative
  • Dependable and flexible
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must be able to demonstrate good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications
