Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level professional executive support to the offices of multiple Professors.

You will play a pivotal role in providing high level support to multiple Professors undertaking a wide range of duties and organizational responsibilities.

You will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day management and organization of the offices of the Professors and provide administrative support. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, providing diary management, arranging appointments, visits, drafting correspondence and reports, data entry and analysis, preparing presentations, making travel arrangements, processing financial requirements as well as other administration.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have a proactive approach and possess exceptional organizational, prioritization and communication skills with the ability to use your initiative to priorities and manage complex tasks and diary arrangements. You will be confident in working independently and with ambiguity, as well as being a strong team player. Strong analytical and numerical skills would also be advantageous.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably providing support to a senior executive or personal assistant role(s), would be highly desirable.
