You will be required to undertake a range of administrative duties in relation to the employee lifecycle for hourly and casual employees. You will provide administrative support to the School’s managers and be responsible for ensuring a professional, timely and efficient administrative service. The successful candidate will also assist in ensuring appropriate policy and processes are adhered to and will be involved in providing advice and support via email and telephone to customers internal and external to the School.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant administrative experience, excellent IT and communication skills, and be able to deliver a high level of customer service. The ability to independently plan and priorities the workload is essential. Experience of working in a Higher Education environment and an interest in HR would be advantageous.
