Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent person to support this friendly team based in the property investment industry.

  • Processing application forms and checks
  • Adding information onto CRM system
  • Sending welcome packs and notices to the clients
  • Answering calls and queries
  • Ensuring all documentation is filed accurately
  • Processing of purchase invoices on Xero
  • Adhoc administrative duties for the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Experience using a CRM system. Salesforce would be preferable.
  • Confident self-starter
  • Excellent excel skills
