Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team working providing the highest standard of care for our patients. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a busy medical clinic environment and willing to go above and beyond for our patients and the team.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Administrative and reception duties
- Front of house & greeting patients
- Answering e-mail and telephone enquiries
- Booking patients/diary management
- Assisting in maintaining standards to meet our requirements
- Regular cleaning duties to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and our standards for healthcare facilities
- Processing payments
- Liaising with private hospitals & private insurance companies
- Daily cleaning responsibilities
