Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor with excellent customer service and organizational skills to join our team working providing the highest standard of care for our patients. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a busy medical clinic environment and willing to go above and beyond for our patients and the team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Administrative and reception duties 
  • Front of house & greeting patients
  • Answering e-mail and telephone enquiries 
  • Booking patients/diary management
  • Assisting in maintaining standards to meet our requirements 
  • Regular cleaning duties to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and our standards for healthcare facilities
  • Processing payments 
  • Liaising with private hospitals & private insurance companies
  • Daily cleaning responsibilities

Hours:

  • Part-time or full-time (including evenings and regular Saturday working)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills – to maintain our high standard of patient care and outstanding reputation
  • Enthusiastic team player – good people skills and able to work with other members of the team to fulfil clinic needs. Also flexible and willing to help other members of the team or cover for colleagues who are on leave when needed
  • Organizational/time management skills – able to organize time effectively to carry out the various responsibilities effectively and to a high standard 
  • Reliable & dependable - able to complete tasks within agreed time frames with good attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience as a clinic/hospital receptionist (aesthetic/skin/cosmetic surgery clinic experience desirable)
  • Experience with using an electronic patient record management system
  • Experience with e-mails, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with handling calls (new enquiries and patients)
