Job Description
You will have ownership of the following tasks:
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment within our office
- Undertaking concierge tasks for client meetings (before, during and after)
- Completing routine health and safety checks and undertaking the necessary reporting
- Maintaining our CRM system
- Supporting our Tax team with administrative tasks
- Assisting with event planning and co-ordination
- Working on ad hoc projects as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You might not have all of the experience below, but if you meet the minimum criteria and are passionate about developing yourself, we’d love to hear from you:
- Previous experience in a front of house role (minimum criteria)
- Proven administration experience (minimum criteria)
- Strong IT skills and knowledge, in particular MS packages
- Ability to think ahead, plan effectively and priorities
- Confident, articulate and an effective communicator
- Well-presented with a professional demeanor
