Job Description
Duties:-
- Assisting with financial information required for annual and monthly reports
- Working with colleagues closely to ensure access to required financial information for internal and external purposes
- Processing Orders
- Uploading invoices to in-house system
- Code and check invoices
- Deal with purchase enquiries
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Providing back office support
- Managing related paperwork
