Job Description

The client requires candidates to work 3 days per week but is flexible with what days. Salary DOE. The purpose of the role is to administer the company's time, attendance and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities include: • Manage monthly payroll processing, including payments to employees, HMRC, Group Pension Scheme and others, for between 250-300 staff • Collate date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new starts, termination, sick leave etc. • Liaise with HR Advisor on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure records are updated and accurate • Using Sage HR link HR correspondence with Sage Payroll The successful candidate will be experienced at working within payroll and great experience doing full process payroll. It is also essential that you are confident using MS Excel SAGE experience is preferred but not essential.
