- Welcoming visitors to our Denton showroom.
- General receptionist duties.
- Answering the telephone.
- Typing out letters to clients.
- Assisting Management with general office tasks as and when required.
- Responding to emails/sales enquiries.
- General office duties i.e filing/photocopying/scanning etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
No specific experience is required as full training can be provided, but the following qualities would be a distinct advantage:
- Any experience with CRM software i.e. Hubspot.
- Working well as part of a team.
- Positive, pleasant, welcoming personality, enthusiastic and ready to learn new skills.
- Good listener and able to quickly take down information.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Pleasant, confident personality.
- Able to work confidently under pressure.
- Hard worker and prepared to see a task through to its completion.
- Must have an interest in developing your skills and knowledge.
Experience/working knowledge of the following software/programmes would also be an advantage:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google Drive
- Email
- Xero
Any receptionist/admin/sales experience would be a distinct advantage also.
