Our client is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator for a business based inChestergreen.
As Business Administration your duties and responsibilities will be:
• Lead Receptionist duties
• Support new starter and leaver documentation
• Support all relevant employee changes with the necessary paperwork trail.
• Support and daily housekeeping of the Time and Attendance System
• Support the update of Employee records
• Provide administration support for recruitment, including responding to candidates by email, letter and telephone
• Support for Administration for the Health and Safety site function
• Support for occupational health administration
An ideal Business Administration will have the following skills and qualifications:
• GCSE C or above in Maths and English
• Experienced in IT, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate good attention to detail

• Be able to communicate with all different levels of people, from Technicians and Engineers to Managers and Directors
